The Musenwald is a wild and terrible forest, haunted and flushed with cannibal elves. This has not deterred civilization's desperate need for lumber, trade, and travel, bring the two forces into conflict.

Or, rather, four forces: the lumber villages, the aforementioned elves, the haunted forest itself, and an intelligent hive mind moss slowly corrupting it all.

The Sandbox

Mossheart is a system-agnostic, 37-hex forestcrawl with  lightly defined settlements, factions, and sites for adventures. Some assembly required 😉
